A: We can provide a free sample of up to 1 yard, but you will need to cover the freight cost or arrange for pick-up.

Q: Can I request customized colors?
A: Yes, we can do any Pantone color. Just provide us with the related Pantone code or send us the original color swatches for making a counter sample, which we'll send for your approval before ordering.

Q: What is the lead-time for bulk orders?
A: Thanks to our own knitting and dyeing mill, we offer quick delivery of 5-15 days after approval of the counter sample.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: First, inform us which fabric you're interested in or want to develop through a message or email. We'll send you a counter sample for approval and provide you with an offer. Once the sample is approved, we'll issue a sales contract to you via email.

Q: What trading terms do you offer?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF, which are negotiable.

A: We accept T/T and L/C, which are also negotiable.
